[GWA] Autoresponder Form Builder Tutorial

A new window will open (as seen below) in your browser. Use the interface at the bottom to modify your form and add the different data input fields to collect subscriber information.

Use the Form Settings link on the left to access the information you previously set when creating your form. It can be changed at any time using this page. Remember to always submit your changes.
